Should I put comma in numbers all the time? Is there any exception?
Last Updated: Jan 15, 2019
You can use commas between groups of three digits in most figures of 1,000 or more. But there are also exceptions that you do not need to put comma in numbers, for example, page numbers, binary digits, serial numbers, degrees of temperature, acoustic frequency designations, and degrees of freedom.
